OUR STORY
From a licensed general contractor to two service divisions
NLY Construction Inc. provides construction and commercial and industrial facility services tailored to each client’s needs. We work closely with our clients and coordinate with trusted partners to bring the right people and capabilities together for every project. Through clear communication, thoughtful coordination, and a shared commitment to quality, we aim to deliver practical solutions, build lasting partnerships, and create value for everyone involved.
NLY Construction Inc. received its California general building contractor license (CSLB #1052928, Class B) in April 2019 and began with residential and commercial renovation work — kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, whole-home remodels, and commercial space upgrades — managing each job from material selection to final finishes.
Since then NLY has added a door and gate specialty classification (D28), public works registration, State small business and DVBE certification, and an ISNetworld contractor account, supporting commercial construction, tenant improvements, and warehouse door, dock, and maintenance work. Projects outside California are delivered through NLY project management and qualified partners.
