Full window and door package — slim-frame black aluminum sliders, a fluted white-oak pivot entry and a matching oak garage door — plus interior fit-out: travertine island, white-oak cabinetry, plaster walls and engineered oak flooring. Delivered in two install phases through NLY project management with Luxora Home, an NLY company.

Dock leveler replacement for a 3PL warehouse

A missing, non-functional dock leveler was creating injury risk and slowing unloading. A technician was on site within 2 hours to assess and confirm the leveler specification; the quote and parts order went out the same day, and the new leveler was installed in 3 hours the next day. NLY's door and dock repair and installation is performed by InSev Tech, NLY's specialized door and dock team, working under NLY's CSLB license #1052928.
